COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Before Your Appointment

Safety is our number one priority.

Should your scheduled locksmith report a fever, symptom, or close contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or refer you to one of our partners.

If you, or anyone in the household or business, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are currently isolating due to close contact with someone that has recently tested positive for COVID-19, please inform us prior to your scheduled service call.

During the Service Call

Masks

According to recent CDC guidance, masks are confirmed to protect the person wearing it and those around them. We ask that you help us stay safe by wearing a mask during your service call, and our staff will do the same.

Social Distancing

Our locksmith will work to maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet throughout the service call. We politely request that you help maintain distance throughout the service call.

Sanitizer & Gloves

Our team uses hand sanitizer and gloves before, during, and after our service calls. When the job is complete, we will sanitize the hardware to help stop the spread of pathogens and keep you safe.

After Your Service Call

Contact Tracing

Our work brings us into homes and businesses across Northern Nevada. For the safety of all of our customers and families, please inform us as soon as possible if anyone that comes in to contact with a member of our team tests positive after your service call. Valley Lock & Key promises to do the same.
